How to Erase Your Medical Records from MyCenturaHealth?

If you have a MyCenturaHealth account, you can access your medical records from any computer with internet access.:

To access your medical records:

  1. Log into MyCenturaHealth.
  2. Click on “My Account.”
  3. Click on the “Medical Records” tab.
  4. Click on “Open Medical Records.”
  5. If you have more than one MyCenturaHealth account, click on the appropriate account name to continue.
  6. If you only have one MyCenturaHealth account, click on the “My Profile” tab and then click on the “Medical Records” tab.
  7. Click on “Open Medical Records.”

You will be prompted to enter your password to open your medical records. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your medical records, including treatments, tests, and procedures that have been performed on you.

If you forget your MyCenturaHealth Username or Password, don’t worry! You can easily reset your account by clicking on the “Forgot Your Account?” link on the homepage and following the instructions.
