What is the process for signing up?
A MyCenturaHealth activation code will be given to patients who wish to participate during their clinic visit. By entering this code, you can log in and create a username and password for yourself. Your primary care clinic may issue you an activation code if you haven’t received one, or you can sign up on your next office visit if you haven’t received one.
How soon will I receive a response from my doctor or nurse if I send them a message?
Generally, you will receive an answer within 1-3 business days. You should not use the portal for urgent situations. If you need immediate attention, you should call your medical center or dial 911 if it is an emergency.
Is my account, able to answer questions regarding my family members?
Your personal health record is available on the portal, and you will be connected directly to another individual’s health records. The incorrect information would appear in the medical record, potentially compromising patient care.
What happened when I was logged out of my account?
We strive to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. You will be automatically logged out of the portal if your keyboard remains idle for 15 minutes or more while logged in. Whether you need to step away from your computer for a short time or for an extended period of time, we recommend you log out of the portal.
Is it possible to share a MyCenturaHealth account with my spouse?
Due to the nature of medical information, it is necessary for each adult to request and create their own account.
